In the steelmaking plant, an artificial intelligence algorithm model automatically generates smelting plans based on the composition of low-sulfur molten iron. The converter auxiliary gun system and flue gas analysis technology form a "one-click intelligent steelmaking" system to ensure the cleanliness of molten steel. In the continuous casting process, a fully protected pouring and automatic control system for the liquid level of the mold is activated. Four intelligent robots simultaneously complete temperature measurement, sampling, and the addition of protective slag, reducing the quality fluctuation rate to the lowest level in the industry. Entering the steel rolling stage, the high-speed intelligent manufacturing production line can roll the slab in 120 seconds. Combined with the intelligent surface inspection system for section steel, the mechanical properties and surface quality of each piece of steel can be traced. From raw materials entering the furnace to finished products leaving the warehouse, the entire process of testing indicators is under closed-loop control.
