At the same time, according to the actual situation, the scrap varieties are calculated, the scrap procurement needs are formulated, and the scrap is finally ensured to be successfully put into the furnace, helping the steel scrap structure to reduce costs. In the early stage of the new steelmaking project, Liu Chunqing focused on the training of key core positions such as the furnace chief and kiln worker in the converter section, and made full use of the meeting time before and after work to organize employees to learn the principle and operation points of dry dust removal equipment, the operation points of the top-bottom double-blown converter, the basic steelmaking principle, and the theory of inclusions in steel, at least three times a week. As long as he is free, he will organize the staff to practice the operation techniques, and gradually everyone is more and more familiar with the equipment and process, laying a good foundation for the test and future production.
He always charged in front, did not talk about any difficulties, and the spirit of steelmakers "especially able to bear hardships, especially able to fight" was perfectly interpreted in him. Since the beginning of this year, in order to reduce the comprehensive production and operating costs, under the leadership of the factory, the steel plant has set up a process discipline inspection group. Liu Chunqing served as the team leader. According to the requirements of process management documents, he led the team every day and every shift to check the implementation of the discipline of the converter and continuous casting process such as nitrogen blowing, slag blocking, ladle liquid level and ladle temperature, so as to ensure the steady improvement of product quality and eliminate potential quality dissent risks.
